  • Which crypto publications do you cover?
    Our publishing partners include CoinTelegraph, CryptoDaily, CryptoSlate, CryptoPotato, BeInCrypto, Bitcoinist, Bitcoin.com, CoinSpeaker, CoinRivet, iHODL and dozens of other leading media outlets.
  • Can I request coverage on specific media sites?
    No. Since the publication of press releases is at the discretion of each site, Chainwire cannot guarantee coverage on particular sites. However, we will endeavor to publish on as many high quality sites as your package will allow.
  • Can I request exclusion from particular media sites?
    No. Due to the automated nature of Chainwire's service, we cannot exclude specific media outlets from the list.
  • How long does it take for my press release to be published?
    Chainwire operates between 07:30-18:00 GMT. During these hours, press releases may be distributed immediately after editorial approval of the press release. Otherwise, it will be published the next day. Additionally, several publications might require more than one day to be completed.
  • Do you offer translation services?
    When choosing the Premium or Gold packages, we can translate your news from English to Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Hebrew and German. All translations are conducted by professionals who are native speakers of the language you choose.
  • What analytics can I view from my campaign dashboard?
    You can view the total number of site submissions, status for each submission (live/pending), hyperlinks for each live PR, details pertaining to your package and number of press releases remaining, and view count for each live PR through third party tracker integrations.
  • What payment methods are supported?
    We accept PayPal, Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH) and USDC payments.
