EXIT HOUSE Launches on Ethereum, Letting Holders Exit Unwanted NFTs and Tokens for EXIT
Miami, FL, United States, October 11th, 2026, Chainwire
EXIT HOUSE has launched on Ethereum mainnet, letting people permanently exit Ethereum NFTs and ERC-20 tokens they no longer want in return for EXIT, its new ERC-20 token. Holders exit an eligible asset from their own wallet at https://exit.house, and the EXIT reward arrives in the same transaction.
The protocol went live on Oct. 9 at 18:27 UTC, opening a 30-day Launch Month. Until Nov. 8 at 18:27 UTC (1:27 p.m. EST), each exit pays 1,000 EXIT for every $1 of the asset’s qualifying value. After that, the rate is 100 EXIT per $1. Exiting an NFT valued at $250, for example, pays 250,000 EXIT during the Launch Month.
Many NFTs and tokens sit in wallets with thin markets and little chance of recovering their past highs. EXIT HOUSE offers a way out: the asset is retired on-chain for good, and its holder receives a predictable amount of EXIT based on its market value.
Each exit follows the same steps. The holder connects any Ethereum wallet, with no account needed, and chooses an eligible NFT or an amount of an eligible token. EXIT HOUSE’s pricing service then signs a quote that fixes the asset’s value, the reward rate and the exact EXIT reward. The quote is bound to the holder’s wallet and the asset, and it expires within minutes.
The holder approves the asset and exits it, paying the exit fee in ETH. Within the exit transaction, the ExitRouter contract checks the quote and the limits, the asset is burned or sent to 0x…dEaD, an address no one controls, and the reward is paid. If any check fails, nothing happens. EXIT HOUSE never holds the asset, and an exit can’t be undone.
“Not everything is meant to be held forever,” said Anthony Anger, founder of EXIT HOUSE. “Most of us hold NFTs and tokens we gave up on long ago. EXIT HOUSE gives them a clean exit: you see the value and your exact reward before you sign, the limits are enforced on-chain, and the asset is retired for good.”
NFTs can exit from any ERC-721 or ERC-1155 collection that was live on OpenSea before Oct. 1, 2026, and has had at least five sales in the past 30 days. Each NFT follows its collection’s rules. An ERC-20 token deployed on Ethereum before that date can exit if it has a Chainlink price feed or a Uniswap market holding at least $250,000. NFTs that are financial positions, such as Uniswap liquidity positions and Lido stETH withdrawal NFTs, are excluded, as is EXIT itself.
Values come from market data. An NFT is valued at the higher of its collection’s OpenSea floor price and best collection offer, capped at twice the collection’s 30-day average sale price and converted with Chainlink’s ETH/USD feed. When no trustworthy price exists, EXIT HOUSE shows the asset as price unavailable rather than estimating one.
On-chain limits apply to every exit: a $0.10 minimum and a $5,000 cap on qualifying value per exit, $25,000 per wallet per day, $10,000 per collection or token per day, and 100 million EXIT in rewards per day across the protocol.
Each exit carries a fee of 2% of its qualifying value, paid in ETH on top of gas. Half deepens the EXIT liquidity pool and half goes to the EXIT HOUSE treasury; the fee doesn’t reduce the reward. On a $250 NFT, the fee is $5.
EXIT has a fixed supply of 10 billion tokens, all minted once at launch. The token has no mint function and rejects any upgrade that changes its cap. The supply is split 45% for exit rewards, 15% for staking rewards, 15% for the founder, 10% for liquidity, 10% for the protocol treasury and 5% for the ecosystem.
Exit rewards are paid only from released tranches of 300 million EXIT. The next tranche releases automatically when 30 million or less is left, at most once a day. The founder’s allocation unlocks 1% of supply at launch and 1% a month after that, fully vested 14 months after launch, and its schedule can never be accelerated.
Holders can stake EXIT for fixed terms of 7, 45, 75, 150, 270 or 360 days. Each term pays a fixed reward set when the position opens, from 0.7% for 7 days to 40% for 360 days, paid in EXIT at maturity. These are term yields, not annual rates. Principal stays locked until maturity, and a position opens only if its full reward is already funded.
EXIT trades on Uniswap. On Oct. 9, EXIT HOUSE opened a Uniswap v3 EXIT/WETH pool at the 1% fee tier with 600 million EXIT, at an opening price of $0.0005 per EXIT. The liquidity half of every exit fee is added to that pool as ETH.
The protocol is governed by the EXIT HOUSE multisig, a Safe, acting through a 48-hour public timelock. Upgrades and changes to limits, assets, quote signers, staking terms and treasury withdrawals all wait out that delay and appear on the Protocol page before they take effect. Pausers can stop exits or new stakes at once, but they can’t move funds.
EXIT, the ExitRouter and the staking contract are upgradeable so that defects can be repaired, and every upgrade passes through the same timelock. No admin function can withdraw staked EXIT or pause claims of matured stakes; changing that would take a public, timelocked upgrade. The quote-signing key is held in AWS Key Management Service and never leaves it. A bug bounty program is planned after launch.
EXIT HOUSE is available now at exit.house with any Ethereum wallet. The EXIT token contract on Ethereum is 0x3E28C426521Dc27e97CC3f73FAd041a10D885c19. Contract addresses, versions and governance actions are published at exit.house/protocol, and the whitepaper is at exit.house/whitepaper. Updates are posted on X at @exit__house.
