CP Group Appoints Rohit Joshi as CEO of Nebula Investments to Drive Strategic Growth

CP Group has announced the appointment of Rohit Joshi as Chief Executive Officer of Nebula Investments, described as a new strategic holding company within the CP Group ecosystem.
Rohit brings nearly two decades of experience in banking, wealth management, capital markets, private equity, venture capital, trade finance and corporate advisory. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions with leading financial and banking institutions.
As CEO of Nebula Investments, Rohit will lead the group’s operational management, strategic partnerships, investment initiatives and global expansion activities, while supporting the next phase of growth across the entire CP Group ecosystem.
As part of this transition, the Founder Giuseppe Rimola and Horst Stäbler will remain actively involved as Board Members and major shareholders, continuing to guide the long-term strategic direction of the group the Founder will focus on new strategies and expansion plans for the Group.
The appointment comes at a pivotal moment as CP Group prepares for a significant investment round aimed at accelerating growth across its technology, blockchain, Al, fintech, digital infrastructure and real-world asset initiatives.
In parallel, the Group plans to further expand its financial services activities through Reward You (RewY) and SallyPay, while preparing for the relaunch of Polyverse, advancing the development of the CPCx0 Blockchain and strengthening related ecosystem initiatives, creating additional opportunities for innovation, strategic partnerships and long-term value creation.
