REAL Finance’s $ASSET Secures MiCA Disclosure Across 30 EEA Markets
Sofia, Bulgaria, September 10th, 2026, Chainwire
Notification in ESMA’s Interim MiCA Register gives exchanges and institutions a standardised framework for evaluating $ASSET
Real Technologies Inc., issuer of $ASSET, the native token of the REAL Finance network, has had its MiCA whitepaper listed in the European Securities and Markets Authority’s (ESMA) Interim MiCA Register. Filed under Title II of MiCA (Regulation (EU) 2023/1114), the notification gives $ASSET a single, standardised disclosure reference recognised across all 30 EEA markets, letting exchanges and institutions evaluate the token without separate national assessments.
The disclosure follows $ASSET’s recent Kraken EU listing, adding to trading on Kraken, KuCoin, and MEXC since April 2026. Where that listing addressed market access, the MiCA notification addresses the regulatory layer beneath it.
REAL Finance positions $ASSET within Europe’s growing push to bring real-world financial assets on-chain, an area drawing closer regulatory attention as tokenization activity accelerates. The company has said it aims to tokenize more than €3.5 billion in assets through its European ecosystem, working with regulated partners such as Austria’s Wiener Privatbank on custody and structuring.
” Being listed in ESMA’s Interim MiCA Register gives institutions and exchanges a single, transparent reference for evaluating $ASSET instead of thirty separate national processes. It’s a foundational step for how we want to operate in Europe,” said Ivo Grigorov, CEO of REAL Finance.
Real Technologies Inc. notes that publication of the whitepaper does not constitute approval or endorsement by any EU authority, and that each trading platform retains sole discretion over its own listing decisions. The full $ASSET MiCA whitepaper is available at real.finance/mica-whitepaper.xhtml.
