Since pioneering the custodial model for tokenized equities, Dinari has worked to bring U.S. capital markets onchain through regulated infrastructure built on the belief that tokenization should enhance existing market infrastructure, not replace it. The announcement comes at a pivotal moment for tokenized securities in the United States. In its January 2026 statement on tokenized securities, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission described a custodial model in which a third party holds an issuer’s securities and issues crypto assets representing a holder’s entitlement to the underlying security. Dinari pioneered this custodial approach and has continued working with regulators and market participants to develop infrastructure that aligns blockchain innovation with the protections and market structure of traditional securities markets.
