Trading Volume (Substantially Reduced Thresholds) – Institutions qualify through maker or taker requirements across Derivatives and/or Spot. Borrowing limits scale up to $10 million USDT/USDC and can combine volume from multiple sources.
Account Equity (New) – Capital-strong institutions can unlock liquidity based on verified account equity, enabling long-term holders to access capital without high trading volumes.
Open Interest (New) – Active derivatives traders can qualify based on Average Open Interest levels, ensuring loan access is not disrupted by normal trading fluctuations.

Recognizing Institutional Clients: Exclusive Rewards

Complementing the enhanced loan program, the Bybit Institutional Trading Reward was launched on March 3, 2026 to incentivize institutional partners driving market activity.

Qualified Institutions can earn rewards in two ways:

The baseline reward of $500 is available to clients maintaining at least 20 trading days per month with a minimum daily trading volume of $5,000.
For more active participants, Bybit offers tiered rewards based on month-over-month volume growth. Clients achieving 25-50% volume uplift earn $250, those reaching 50-100% uplift earn $1,000, and institutions doubling their trading volume receive $2,500 in rewards.
