Mutuum Finance Nears Completion of Phase 6 as Development Milestones Advance
Dubai, UAE, November 26th, 2025, Chainwire
Mutuum Finance (MUTM) is approaching the final segment of Phase 6 in its presale, with approximately 5% of the allocation remaining at the current price of $0.035. The project has maintained steady participation throughout 2025 as it moves through its predefined presale stages and progresses toward upcoming development milestones.
Developing a Structured Lending Framework
Mutuum Finance is building a decentralized lending and borrowing platform designed to provide a more transparent environment for managing on-chain liquidity. The protocol is based on a dual lending structure that automates lending, interest payments, borrowing, and liquidations through smart contracts.
The system uses mtTokens as yield-accruing receipts for depositors. Borrowers interact with the protocol through defined LTV rules and risk parameters, forming a framework intended to support predictable and transparent lending processes.
V1 Launch Update
Mutuum Finance confirmed on its official X account that its V1 protocol is scheduled to launch on the Sepolia testnet in Q4 2025. The release will include a live liquidity pool, mtTokens for yield generation, debt-tracking tokens, a liquidation bot and support for ETH and USDT.
Halborn Security is conducting a full audit of the lending and borrowing contracts. The code is finalised and currently under review, marking a key step as the project prepares for the initial protocol launch.
Protocol Mechanics and Ecosystem Structure
Mutuum Finance uses mtTokens as yield-bearing tokens that lenders receive when they deposit assets into the liquidity pool. These tokens increase in value as interest accumulates, linking yield to actual protocol activity. Borrowers operate under dynamic or stable rates that adjust according to liquidity conditions. Together, these elements form the basis of a practical use case for the token.
Another component of the system is the buy and distribute model. A portion of protocol revenue is used to purchase MUTM on the open market, and the acquired tokens are distributed to users who stake mtTokens in the safety module. This process directs a share of protocol activity back to participants and is intended to support long-term engagement within the ecosystem.
Long Term Project Framework
Following launch, Mutuum Finance plans to introduce a USD-pegged stablecoin designed to interact directly with the lending system. The stablecoin will rely on interest flows within the protocol, contributing to the project’s long-term economic structure.
The project is also preparing for a layer 2 expansion. This development could reduce fees, increase lending speed and support participants who prefer faster transaction processing. Oracle design is part of this plan. The project expects to use Chainlink data feeds along with fallback oracles and on-chain price data. Accurate pricing is important for liquidations and risk management, and this system is intended to support those functions.
Fast Closing Allocation
Mutuum Finance has created short-term engagement through its daily rewards system. Each day, the top contributor receives $500 in MUTM from the leaderboard, which has maintained consistent activity around allocation changes. Card payments with no limits have also supported user participation by allowing purchases without relying on exchange transfers.
Phase 6 is nearing completion, with roughly 5 percent of the allocation remaining. Recent larger entries have contributed to the reduction of available supply at this stage. The presale price remains at $0.035, with the project continuing along its roadmap toward subsequent phases and development milestones planned for 2026.
About Mutuum Finance (MUTM)
Mutuum Finance (MUTM) is a decentralized lending protocol designed to give users transparent, self-custodial borrowing and yield opportunities through automated smart contracts. The platform issues mtTokens to depositors, which appreciate in value as lending activity grows, while borrowers access liquidity through structured collateral rules. Mutuum is preparing for its V1 testnet release in Q4 2025 and is currently undergoing a Halborn Security audit after completing a CertiK review. The project also plans to expand into a multi-chain environment after launch, enabling faster transactions and broader asset support. With a focus on usability, security, and long-term sustainability, Mutuum Finance aims to deliver a practical lending ecosystem as it moves from presale into full deployment.
