Miden Partners With Gateway.fm to Build Scalable, Privacy-focused Blockchain Network
Stavanger, Norway, November 25th, 2025, Chainwire
Miden has announced its partnership with Gateway.fm, a complete ecosystem for launching enterprise-grade blockchain applications, to ensure network uptime, fast and reliable access to transactional data, and seamless handling of technically complex integrations. This collaboration helps ensure Miden’s performance and reliability as it scales to real-world adoption.
Pradeep Singh, Co-founder & CEO of Gateway.fm said: “We’re proud to support Miden’s mission to build a scalable, privacy-focused blockchain network. At Gateway.fm, our goal is to empower visionary teams with reliable, enterprise-grade and compliant infrastructure so they can focus on innovation, not maintenance.”
Miden: A Blockchain Designed for Institutional Adoption
Miden was designed to achieve privacy without sacrificing scalability. It offers the advantages of blockchain technology without the lack of confidentiality that hinders institutional adoption. Miden offers users a choice between public and private transactions, enabling a new class of business applications on-chain.
Its architecture was built with financial applications in mind — systems that demand both high throughput and confidentiality. For example, Miden is a natural fit for private asset management use cases, where organizations, from SMBs to large institutions, need to move and account for assets securely without exposing underlying data.
While many privacy solutions rely on encryption or transaction obfuscation, Miden’s approach is fundamentally different. Instead of concealing data within the chain, Miden achieves privacy through edge execution: transactions are executed locally on the user’s device, and only zero-knowledge proofs (ZK proofs) of correctness are submitted to the network. This ensures no raw data ever leaves the user’s control, while every computation remains verifiable and consistent with the global state.
Execution happens entirely on the user side, while network validators no longer re-execute computations to reach consensus. Instead, they simply verify ZK proofs, thus drastically reducing the computational load on validator nodes, accelerating transaction processing, and saving storage space.
Validators no longer maintain individual wallet balances or transaction data; they only store a cryptographic hash of the global blockchain state, whose integrity is mathematically guaranteed by advanced zero-knowledge cryptography.
Miden was the first project to explore the concept of edge execution, and it is the first production-grade blockchain to formalize and implement it using ZK technology, marking a true breakthrough in blockchain architecture.
Gateway.fm: Infrastructure Partner for the New Era
By selecting Gateway.fm as its infrastructure partner, Miden sends a strong signal to the market about its long-term vision and readiness for large-scale growth. Gateway.fm known for its deep expertise in core blockchain protocols is a natural fit for innovation-driven projects that require engineering excellence and out-of-the-box thinking.
The company’s track record speaks for itself. Gateway.fm played a key role in the development of Erigon, one of the most efficient Ethereum execution clients. Its engineers also contributed to a major upgrade of the Polygon CDK stack, increasing the potential throughput of CDK-based networks by more than thirtyfold. In addition, Gateway successfully executed the migration of Palm Network from Hyperledger to an Ethereum Layer-2 architecture, a complex transition completed with zero downtime and full historical data preservation.
Today, Gateway.fm operates and maintains multiple production mainnets and large-scale testnets for partners globally, ensuring high availability, low-latency access, enterprise-grade reliability, and compliant infrastructure operations for all partner networks.
Igor Mandrigin, CTPO of Gateway.fm said: “This collaboration goes beyond infrastructure. It’s about bringing Miden’s zero-knowledge technology to life at scale. Their edge-execution model represents a significant leap forward in blockchain design, and we’re excited to help operationalize it in production.”
We’ve already seen how blockchains like Gnosis, choosing Gateway.fm as their infrastructure partner, have rapidly expanded their market presence multiplying their user base, skyrocketing adoption, and winning the hearts of developers attracted by reliable, uninterrupted access to network data, high throughput, and exceptional uptime.
A Strategic Ecosystem Partnership
The collaboration between Miden and Gateway.fm goes far beyond a single service agreement. It is an ecosystem partnership, one where Gateway.fm acts as a technical partner, taking on the infrastructure heavy-lifting: ensuring network performance, executing timely upgrades, and managing ongoing maintenance.
This allows the Miden team to focus on expanding the ecosystem by attracting liquidity, engaging builders, and forming strategic partnerships to accelerate adoption.
Dominik Schmid, Co-founder and Head of Product at Miden said: “With Gateway.fm, we are partnering with one of the most reliable infrastructure providers. They will run our native bridge, provers and the block explorer. We are more than happy to have such a brilliant team on our side who can dig really deep into Miden’s novel architecture.”
