SegaSwap Raises Seed Round Led by Sonic SVM and 10K Ventures at $10M Valuation

Funds will expand a Solana/Sonic SVM AMM, roll out a ve(3,3)-style incentives model, and grow integrations for SegaSOL, the project’s liquid-staked SOL.
SegaSwap, a decentralized automated market maker (AMM) built on Solana and Sonic SVM, has closed a seed round at a $10 million valuation, led by Sonic SVM and 10K Ventures. Proceeds will be used to deepen liquidity on Sonic SVM, introduce new pool types and analytics, expand incentive programs for liquidity providers, and ship tooling for teams launching assets on SegaSwap.
SegaSwap operates an AMM with permissionless pool creation and an “earning stack” that includes LP farming, ecosystem rewards and Sega Points. On Solana mainnet, the project recently launched SegaSOL, a liquid-staked SOL (LST) that preserves staking yield while allowing the same capital to be used in swaps, liquidity pools and farms.
To address incentive concentration and improve capital allocation, SegaSwap plans a two-tier pool structure on Sonic SVM: Main Pools for established assets and Attention Pools for newer, higher-volatility assets. A public leaderboard based on trading volume and TVL will determine when an Attention Pool “levels up” into a Main Pool. The protocol says most trading fees flow back to LPs, with Attention Pools designed to route a larger share to compensate for higher risk.
SegaSwap will also integrate with Sonic SVM’s “Attention Capital Market” (ACM) protocol, which aims to measure on-chain attention, sustained user engagement or demand—and allocate rewards accordingly. In plain terms, ACM links visible market interest with incentives intended to deepen liquidity rather than drive short-lived spikes. Because SegaSOL is an LST, users can keep base SOL staking yield while deploying the same capital into swaps or LPs, which the team describes as a “yield amplifier.”
“SegaSwap is built for permissionless markets on Sonic SVM, with straightforward swaps and incentives aligned to real participation,” the SegaSwap team said. “This round lets us ship deeper routing, clearer analytics, and programmatic rewards that reflect where users actually trade and provide liquidity.”

Funding will accelerate (i) deeper routing and new pool types on Sonic SVM; (ii) broader utility and integrations for SegaSOL across swap/liquidity/farm surfaces; (iii) continued LP incentives, ecosystem-reward integrations, and added uses for Sega Points ahead of a future token event; and (iv) simpler permissionless pool creation and partner reward modules.
