Falcon Finance Integrates Chainlink Price Feeds to Secure USDf Stablecoin
Dubai, UAE, April 25th, 2025, Chainwire
Synthetic dollar protocol Falcon Finance has announced that it has integrated Chainlink Price Feeds to power its USDf and sUSDf stablecoins. The adoption of Chainlink’s data standard will deliver greater security while supporting broader applications for the two synthetic stablecoins.
Falcon’s decision to integrate Chainlink Price Feeds supports its goal of maintaining transparency in all its operations. The ability to leverage a reliable and decentralized oracle solution ensures that traders and protocols utilizing USDf and sUSDf can be assured of accurate pricing.
Chainlink Price Feeds are relied on by the DeFi industry to deliver real-time price data to smart contracts. By providing secure, tamper-resistant price data for USDf and sUSDf, they enable DeFi protocols to utilize the stable assets to create solutions spanning sectors such as lending, perps, and yield. This will expand use cases for the synthetic dollars and increase the onchain opportunities available to Falcon users.
Because Chainlink Price Feeds are omnichain by design, they will support Falcon Finance as it seeks to grow adoption of USDf and sUSDf across the EVM ecosystem and broader multi-chain landscape. This will enable the stablecoins to become the backbone for a broad range of decentralized finance applications.
Currently still in closed beta, Falcon Finance’s synthetic dollar protocol has accrued a TVL exceeding $160 million, delivering an APY of over 14% on sUSDf. After depositing crypto assets such as USDC, USDT, FDUSD, BTC, and ETH, users can mint USDf, which serves as a general-purpose stablecoin. Users who elect to stake USDf through Falcon can then mint sUSDf to start earning yield.
Engineered to harness onchain yield through opportunities like basis spreads, funding rates, and sophisticated risk-adjusted strategies, Falcon offers stablecoin holders some of the highest returns in the industry. Accessible to institutional players and select retail users during its closed beta, Falcon plans to open to the wider public soon. This will enable verified users to expand their digital portfolios while engaging in DeFi activities across an increasing number of supported protocols.
