Pharos Network and HackQuest Launch $300K Builder Program to Advance RWA and DeFi Development

The $300K Pharos Builder Base Camp
The partnership between Pharos and HackQuest creates a powerful launchpad for the next wave of financial innovation by combining Pharos’s modular, scalable infrastructure with HackQuest’s proven builder engagement model to accelerate development at the intersection of traditional finance and Web3.
The program kicks off on March 10, 2025, following the public testnet launch, and runs through May 15, 2025, culminating in a Demo Day that showcases the most promising projects. Structured into four key phases to provide comprehensive support throughout the development journey, the program begins with an onboarding and kick-off phase that includes team formation, idea brainstorming sessions, and weekly mentoring office hours. This is followed by a lecture series & hands-on workshop phase offering deep dives into Pharos Network’s technical architecture and practical building workshops. The building & testing phase explores contract standards for RWA, TradFi, and DeFi, augmented by extensive support through offline Base Camps in India, China, and Vietnam, and includes sessions on business models and institutional adoption. The journey concludes with a final phase where teams present their innovations to a distinguished panel of judges and the community.
To further support builders, the Base Camp features a comprehensive prize pool of $300,000, distributed across four specialized tracks—RWA & Payments Track ($125,000), DeFi Track ($100,000), Open Innovation Track ($50,000), and Tooling & Infrastructure Track ($25,000)—with prize allocations of 70% in stablecoin upon testnet deployment and 30% in Pharos tokens after reaching production on Mainnet.
Projects will be evaluated based on team expertise and capability, ecosystem contribution to Pharos, business model feasibility, marketing and community engagement, resourcefulness, and overall innovation and impact, ensuring a holistic evaluation that recognizes both technical excellence and market potential.
