BNB Chain Expands Builder Support; Announces BIA Denver
February 18, 2025 – BNB Chain has announced the sixth edition of the BNB Incubation Alliance (BIA), set to take place on February 25, 2025, at ETH Denver. This event continues BIA’s mission to support and accelerate early-stage blockchain projects within the BNB Chain ecosystem, providing founders with a platform to showcase their innovations to top-tier investors and industry leaders. Building on the success of previous BIA events, the ETH Denver edition which is open to everyone, not just founders and projects, will feature a lineup of project pitches, expert panels, and networking opportunities. Startups participating in BIA Denver will have the chance to gain exposure, connect with potential investors, and receive valuable feedback from industry veterans. A panel of leading venture capitalists, ecosystem partners, and Web3 experts will evaluate project pitches and provide their expert opinions.

- Panels: The AI & Web3 Panel will include representatives from MyShell, Mira, Cookie.fun, and Creator.bid, who will discuss the role of artificial intelligence in decentralized applications. The Stablecoin Renaissance Panel will bring together experts from Stable Labs (USDX Money), Avalon Finance, Outlier Ventures, Sign, and Foresight Ventures to explore the evolving stablecoin ecosystem and its impact on the broader financial landscape.
- VC Commitment: J17 Ventures has committed a funding pool of $100,000 to support the winner of BIA Denver. The top-scoring team will also receive an offer to join Outlier Ventures’ Ascent program, pending due diligence and agreement on terms. The top three teams will also be fast-tracked for review by Outlier Ventures’ investment committee. Additional investment opportunities from other prominent BIA alliance members will be announced soon.
Winning projects at BIA Denver will be fast-tracked into the Most Valuable Builder (MVB) program and will also be eligible for potential BNB Chain grants and access to the Launch-as-a-Service (LaaS) package. These resources will provide crucial support for startups aiming to scale within the Web3 ecosystem.
Beyond BIA, BNB Chain is expanding its presence at ETH Denver through a range of initiatives, including sponsoring the ETH Denver hackathon to support developers in building the next generation of decentralized applications. Attendees can also visit the BNB Chain booth to learn more about the ecosystem and hear from the team during their presentation at the event.
