Additionally, the partnership will advance the development of a $180 million reverse osmosis desalination plant focused on serving a large industrial complex in Texas. The project begins with $20 million in early works and equipment orders, followed by $80 million in development phases, directly addressing water sustainability and availability challenges in the region.
