Haust Network Partners with Gateway to Connect to AggLayer
Dubai, UAE, August 1st, 2024, Chainwire
Retail adoption of crypto is a snowball that’s gathering pace every day. More individuals globally are demanding access to DeFi. Crypto UI and UX is still lagging behind its foundational utility however, and users do not have the simple, safe access they need to truly on-chain products.
Haust Network is a network and product suite focused on changing that paradigm, and delivering DeFi to the masses. To achieve this goal, Haust Network announced their far-reaching partnership with Gateway, seasoned veterans in delivering groundbreaking blockchain utility for projects fast. The Gateway team lets blockchain devs build DAOs, NFT platforms, payment services and more. They are fuelling adoption of crypto-primitives for individuals and institutions the world over by helping anyone build their on-chain presence.
Gateway specializes in connecting sovereign blockchains to the aggregation layer (AggLayer). The AggLayer is a single unified contract that handles the Ethereum bridge of many disparate blockchains, allowing all of them to plug into a single unified pool of liquidity. The AggLayer abstracts away the complexities of cross-chain DeFi, making cumbersome multi-chain transactions as easy for the end-user as a single click. It’s all about creating access to DeFi and, with Polygon’s tech and Gateways’ help, Haust is doing just that.
As part of their partnership, Gateway will build an advanced zkEVM blockchain for Haust Network, leveraging their immense experience to deploy lightning-fast sovereign apps with unparalleled security, and allowing Haust Network to bring its products to their audience.
Beginning with the launch of the recently-announced Haust wallet; a Telegram mini-app offering users access to DeFi directly through the Telegram interface. Users who deposit funds in the wallet will access all standard send/receive services, and generate auto-yield on their funds. The yield is generated by Haust Network’s interlinked network of smart contracts, the Haustoria, which delivers automated and passive DeFi yield.
As part of the partnership, Haust Network’s development team will work closely with the Gateway devs in launching Haust Network. Gateway are implementation provider for Polygon CDK and zkEVM technology, both of which the Haust wallet will take advantage of to deliver advanced DeFi tooling directly to wallet-users’ fingertips. Haust’s partnership with Gateway comes shortly after they announced a broad-reaching alliance with the Polygon community. Together, the three will work to build Haust Network and connect its products to the AggLayer.
About Haust Network
Haust Network is an Application Absolute Liquidity Network and will be built for compatibility with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). Haust aims to deliver native yield to all users’ assets. Within the Haust Wallet in Telegram, users can spend and collect on their crypto in one easy place, at the same time. Haust leverages its network of auto-balancing smart contracts that interact across multiple blockchains and then effectively channel what’s been generated to Haust users.
About Gateway
Gateway is a market-leading white-label blockchain provider that offers code-free deployment of protocols. Users can launch customised blockchains in as little as ten minutes. They are an implementation provider for Polygon CDK, and have already helped projects like Wirex, Gnosis Pay and PalmNFT deliver novel utility to the crypto landscape.
About Polygon Labs
Polygon Labs is a software development company building and developing a network of aggregated blockchains via the AggLayer, secured by Ethereum. As public infrastructure, the AggLayer will bring together user bases and liquidity for any connected chain, and leverage Ethereum as a settlement layer. Polygon Labs has also contributed to the core development of several widely-adopted scaling protocols and tools for launching blockchains, including Polygon PoS, Polygon zkEVM, and Polygon Miden, which is in development as well as Polygon CDK.
